Do you have equipment rentals?

Yes. Paddles are for rent for $5/each. Rentals come with a ball. You can also rent out a bucket of balls for your private court reservations for $8!

What is Open Play?

‘Open Play’ is an organized session where individuals can sign up to play matches against other players with a similar skill level. During the session, you will play with various partners and against different opponents. Pre-registration is required through CourtReserve.

Can I participate in Open Play if I’ve never done it before?

Absolutely! Find an open play session that matches your skill level in CourtReserve, register and show up. The other players who attend can show you the ropes! With that said, if you’ve never played a pickleball match before, open play probably isn’t a great fit. Keep an eye out for information on upcoming Pickleball 101 clinics. This will be the best place to start!

Does everyone in my group need to have a CourtReserve account?

Yes. We need EVERY person that comes in to use our facility to create a CourtReserve account to sign the liability waiver. Once you sign the waiver, you won’t have to do it again.

What is your cancellation/reschedule policy?

Court Reservations, Open Plays, and Sauna/Cold Plunge: All refunds go back to your CourtReserve account as a credit to use at Chip’s in the future. You must cancel your registration 24+ hours in advance to receive a refund. Any canceled/rescheduled reservation within the 24 hours window will not receive a refund.

Memberships: Cancel at any time. You will be able to finish out the remainder of your current membership you have paid for. In the absence of a membership, you’ll need to opt into the General Public option to book courts and sauna spots.

Do you have lockers?

Yes! We have 12 lockers available in the wellness center and 32 lockers available near the warm-up area for you to put your belongings. Create your own code to keep everything locked up for free. There are also benches on each court to keep your belongings close by.

What temperatures do you keep the sauna and cold plunge at?

The sauna is kept between 175 and 185 degrees Fahrenheit. The cold plunge is kept at 45 degrees.

Do you accommodate private events?
